Twice a year we will make it clear in our Customer Report all the improvements that we are delivering for you and all our customers.

Included in the report will be information about how we:

  • Provide a safe, clean and reliable train service
  • Keep you updated on services, changes and disruptions
  • Compensate you when things go wrong
  • Let you know how we are performing
  • Act on feedback you give us
