It provides businesses with a secure online account through which employees can book and pay for their travel, removing any need for paperwork or expenses. Yes, anyone from the company can have their own unique login access to allow them to book their own tickets directly.
You can use railcards on Just Business, just like other sites. We offer the cheapest available fares, without booking or transaction fees, ensuring you’ll always pay the minimum for your train travel.
Currently Just Business is online only – there’s no app available. Customers can receive their tickets through a range of methods though – email is the quickest and simplest – but you can also collect at the station or receive via the post if preferred.
There is a range of ways that businesses can pay for their travel via Just Business. The easiest is via a lodged credit card to which all travel is charged on purchase.[SW1]

Sadly, we don’t offer any discounts below the core price of the rail ticket, but we guarantee the cheapest available fares and nor do we charge any transaction or booking fees, unlike some of our competitors.
The set-up process is quick and simple. We have a short form to fill in, which tells us how you’d like us to set up the account, who you wish to have access (and admin rights) from within your organisation, and any travel policies you’d like us to apply. Our helpdesk is on hand throughout, and it usually takes around a week for your account to go live.
