Filming and Photography Policy
Filming and photography for personal use is allowed on our trains and at our stations, providing this does not interfere with the operational railway or inconvenience / pose a safety risk to staff or customers.
Filming and photography for broadcast, promotional or commercial purposes
All applications for filming or photography for broadcast, promotional or commercial purposes must come to through the West Midlands Railway press office.
Due to limited capacity, we are unable to facilitate most requests for filming or photography on our trains or at our stations.
In most cases, we only consider requests where West Midlands Railway is the subject of a story.

We will also require a copy of your public liability insurance certificate and proposed treatment before being able to give permission for any requests.
Anyone filming on our property must abide by our rules for filming or photography on stations and trains at all times.
