Getting to the Birmingham Hippodrome by train
Birmingham Hippodrome is on Hurst Street in the Chinese Quarter.
For hassle-free travel, the nearest train stations to the Birmingham Hippodrome are Birmingham New Street, Birmingham Moor Street and Birmingham Snow Hill. Birmingham New Street station is a five-minute walk from Birmingham Hippodrome, and Birmingham Moor Street is about 10 minutes.
From New Street Station, follow Southside exit signs, using steps or a disabled lift onto Hill Street. Turn left onto Hill Street until it becomes Hurst Street, and the theatre is on your right.
Exit Moor Street station and use the left-side crossing. Head towards the Bullring, following the road to the right. Take the underpass and follow Smallbrook Queensway for about 5 minutes until you reach Hurst Street on your left. The theatre is about 100 m down here on the right.
Taxis are also readily available from both stations and provide a convenient door-to-door option.
