Opening dates

Tuesday, January 1, 2019 to Tuesday, December 31, 2019
Royal College of physicians and surgeons in Glasgow curator Carol Parry holds one of the surgical instruments used by William Beatty, who tended to the dying Lord Nelson at the battle of Trafalgar

Explore the medical stories of one of England's oldest infirmaries, which operated on the site from 1771 until 2001 and observed many advances in healthcare and innovation during that time. The interactive exhibition allows visitors to meet characters from the Infirmary, investigate medical technology and compare health today to other times and places.
