Hall's Croft

The timber-framed Jacobean building, built in 1613, was home to William Shakespeare's daughter Susanna and her physician husband Dr John Hall. The house features a rare collection of 16th and 17th century furniture and paintings, whilst an old walled garden has been planted with the sorts of herbs the enlightened Dr Hall would have used in his medical practice.
